Eli came home last Saturday! He was doing better taking all of his feedings and not falling asleep during them. So Britton, Michelle and Eli are getting into a routine at home.
Neal is doing very well. After his PET scan we headed down to Taylor again for Homecoming and Alumni Council meetings. Thursday night the students put together “Air Band” which is a huge lip sink and dance contest. The kids put a lot of time into rehearsal and staging. Karsten and some buddies particiapted by doing a B.O.B. song “Magic.” The International students won with the theme song from the soccer World Cup. It was very fun to watch!
It was our 30th reunion from Taylor. (How did that happen??!!) It was fun seeing old friends and reminising. Sunday we headed over to Grant and Jenni’s church in Muncie for Lane’s dedication. We all had lunch back at their house.
Neal survived the weekend wonderfully. He napped when needed which helped. This weekend he was feeling well enough to attend a dental seminar in Madison and stay at his sister’s house.
This Friday Neal will meet with his oncologist and get the results from his scan. We are praying that he is cancer free. Thanks for your prayers.
