Neal is still at the University of Chicago hospital. I was feeling better yesterday so I went in to the office for staff meetings because we have a consultant in this week. After work I went to see Neal and take him some clean clothes, laptop and reading material. Earlier in the day his fever was gone but his white count was still .1. Just as I was getting there his fever went up again. I wore a mask because I was afraid of spreading germs. They think this is a reaction to the platelets and not me(he was given another bag yesterday). This morning his fever is back down and his white count is at .4! It is finally moving back up!! Please pray it will continue to do so so he can come home.
On the journey,
Trish
Thankful you are feeling better and Neal’s counts are climbing. We’re with you in prayer.

Be enCOURAGEd. Earlier in reading and praying, 2 Cor. 1: 8b-11 popped out with your name on it, Neal. The ESV note says: Biblical hope, as the consequence and expression of faith, is not wishful thinking, but and ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE IN GOD’S PROMISES FOR THE FUTURE BASED ON HIS FAITHFULNESS IN THE PAST.
