I had my blood drawn today to check my white blood count. I knew something wasn’t right when the oncologist’s office called at 9PM. My count is very low so please pray that I can get it back up. This makes me susceptible to infection. I am suppose to stay away from large crowds and not eat fresh fruits and veggies (even if I wash them) because they can carry bacteria. I go back on Thursday for another blood draw. If it stays low I cannot receive my next chemo on Tuesday, which is not the ideal treatment plan.
Otherwise, I was feeling great today. I went into Neal’s office this morning to work, ran a couple errands and have been cleaning and organizing. Guess I need to slow down tomorrow! 🙂

I will lift you up in prayer right now. God is good. It is difficult to slow down, but maybe tomorrow should be a day of R & R.

Neal just called to ask about my Dad’s address so he can get the title for the boat and sell it since the kids aren’t interested in using it. It’s then I found out about you and this blog. So sorry you are having to go though this. I have had many friends go though this also. You will make it.I pray that your white count goes up so you can continue your treatment. We are coming to MI on Friday for the weekend. Fireworks on Saturday.
