I just back from visiting Neal. I walked in his room and was surprised how skinny he looked. He has lost 20 pounds! His output is getting under control finally. The doctor has started stepping back the steroids in anticipation of coming home in a couple days. We have to wait and see how he tolerates the lesser steroids. He is feeling much better today and even took a walk in the hallway.
