All of our kids were here from Thursday night until tonight. We had a great time but really missed Neal. I ran into Chicago Friday morning to learn about how to admisinister Neal’s IV nutrition that he will have at home. He was suppose to come home tomorrow but developed a fever yesterday. He had a chest xray and some blood work done to see if there is an infection somewhere. He should get results tomorrow delaying coming home until probably Tuesday. He is feeling pretty good and eating some regular food. The diarrhea is much less. He will still have to have the IV nutrition for awhile because his intestines aren’t absorbing all the nutrition his body needs.
My sister stopped by on her way home from a wedding today to visit Neal. It was nice to have someone to help pass the time.
